License To Carry
The License to Carry (LTC) Program is a 4 – 6-hour class, mandated by the Texas Department of Public Safety. Athena LTC program includes a state mandated 4-6 hours of instruction and written exam, firearm proficiency test, a completed LTC-100, hearing and eye protection as well as one box of ammunition.
